Easy Access Living - Easy Living Home© Certified

Easy Access Living designates design criteria and construction practices by Community Construction Co. that provide barrier free access to residential living spaces.  These design criteria are user friendly for those with or without accessibility needs.

Easy Living Home is a certification program administered by Virginia Accessible Housing Solutions, Inc.  This program is designed to encourage builders of single-family homes to voluntarily implement Easy Living Home features, which make a home cost effective, attractive, accessible, visitable and convenient for everyone.  Easy Living Home features include easy access, easy passage and easy use. 

Easy Access Living - Features

• No-Step barrier free access (front door & garage)
• No-Step roll in shower
• Wide door & hallways
• Van accessible loading & unloading in the garage
• Accessible kitchen features (sink, cook top, oven, upper cabinets)
